Students are expected to attend classes, participate in hands-on training, and comply with the academy’s code of conduct. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from a program without a refund.

All course materials, training content, and digital resources are the property of Excel Academy. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of materials is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
Excel Academy and its instructors are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during training sessions, whether on-site or virtual. Students are responsible for following safety guidelines and instructions.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under Tennessee jurisdiction.
